I had a problem with the updates to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and it froze the radio and said contact dealer. I have only had this car 3 months and have not chosen a dealer for service yet. I called around to all local dealers and was not treated very nice on the phone and no one could get me in for at least a month. Matt A. at Schaefer & Bierlein had me bring it out right away and he went way above and beyond to try and get the updates completed as all other dealers just told me over the phone the radio needed to be replaced. In the end, the radio does need to be replaced but they treated me very good and went out of their way to help when no one else would. Even though I have dealerships closer to my house, this place is very much worth the drive for me to be treated like I  matter.

"I sent an inquiry about a 2021 Power Wagon and was contacted by Ed. We talked about everything over the phone and Rick took care of the financing. Both of them were great to work with. We got everything squared away over the phone. I live 7 hours away. The next day I was on a plane to purchase the truck. Hunter picked me up from the airport. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. The total process was around 30 minutes and that included looking at the truck. My experience was perfect. They have a great team. I would highly recommend looking here for a vehicle, no matter how far away you live."

"....Chris Opperman was our salesperson and Steve Kostus our finance associate. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the dealership.  Dealerships have alway been my sore spot in any vehicle transaction, your dealership however was much different.  Everyone we came across was pleasant and friendly, I would say smiling also, but you know the mask thing kind of shelters that, but could tell by their attitudes that they were.  Steve found us great financing...made the entire process go very smoothly.  We never felt pressured and even found out that Chris dabbles in making syrup, we enjoyed that conversation.  All in all I would give our experience very high marks and have even suggested a friend see your dealership for a Jeep.  You never know, you may even see us back someday for a Jeep as well.  Thanks to all for a great deal on our purchase and the experience that came with it"
