Absolutely the best service around by far!! This is the first time I ever have gone to Schaefer & Bierlein Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Frankenmuth for issues with my 2018 jeep grand cherokee that I didnt buy from them 3 months ago and all I can say is WOW!!!! After calling all the jeep dealers closer to where I live with no luck I called and talked to Matt A. at Schaefer and told me to bring it out right away, He looked at my car and got the ball rolling for repair's, Everyone greets you with a smile, my next car purchase will be from Schaefer & Bierlein, I wish the star scale was higher then 10 because they are a strong 100 plus star rating!!



Always so friendly and efficient at Schaefer & Bierlein - both in the service and sales departments! They've done great maintenance and repair work on my van for the past 5 years. Heck, I drive 70 miles just to have my oil changed. (more than I can say for the other dealerships in my hometown!). On my way out this time, I realized I had forgotten to mention my key fob battery was low, but my service tech (Sam) took my fob, said "I'll be right back" and had it replaced while I paid for the OLT! No charge either! Again, just friendly, efficient service which pays off for them because I am a customer for life!



I had a problem with the updates to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and it froze the radio and said contact dealer. I have only had this car 3 months and have not chosen a dealer for service yet. I called around to all local dealers and was not treated very nice on the phone and no one could get me in for at least a month. Matt A. at Schaefer & Bierlein had me bring it out right away and he went way above and beyond to try and get the updates completed as all other dealers just told me over the phone the radio needed to be replaced. In the end, the radio does need to be replaced but they treated me very good and went out of their way to help when no one else would. Even though I have dealerships closer to my house, this place is very much worth the drive for me to be treated like I  matter.
