The Bierlein family has taken care of my my families vehicles needs for more than 10 Years. The dealership is truly run the way a family owned dealership should be run, and treats their customers with the golden rule. It's why I've sent them at least a dozen customers. Keep up the good work! I never have to think about what dealership to go to, because there isn't one that compares to the service and sales department at Schaefer & Bierlein.

I've been a long time customer of Schaefer and Bierlein. Since 2000. I reside over an hour away and pass more than a dozen dealers. Over that time period I either purchased or leased a vehicle every year for myself or my spouse . Many of those vehicles were either ordered or taken off the lot. If they didn't have it in Stock they take the liberty to find what I'm looking for. I'm a tough customer and I don't settle. They go above and beyond to make the vehicle experience joyful. Both sales and service are great!! Kyle, Adam, Rick in sales are hands down the best. Craig, Samantha and Carlton in service are great. Between Sales and Service this makes them a powerhouse dealer in my book A one stop shop. Other Dealers should follow their example. Hope this review helps. Sincerely Phil S

The customer first model that everyone here initiates is second to none. From buying vehicles to getting them serviced, I have always been very happy. I would recommend them to anyone. I was always a GM guy until I realized how car buying should be when I bought my Ram truck here. My wife and I are all Chrysler now. Thanks to Schaefer and Bierlein!

While I did buy during a time where there was high-demand, low-density (resulting in me not getting much in the way of a "deal"), the overall experience was pretty smooth. Everyone here is pretty laid back and there was zero pressure to get a car. I was able to test drive the (solo, which is something I havent experienced before) and immediately afterward was given some information and a salesman's card, but not once did anyone try to pressure me into walking out with the car that day. I was actually pretty surprised at how non-aggressive the sales staff was. They were ready and willing to answer questions and show me whatever I wanted, but didn't try to put the screws to me and sell me a car. Highly recommend S&B for a low-pressure, low-stress car buying experience

Schaefer Bierlein chrysler/dodge/jeep/ram, is the best!  If you go anywhere else for dealer related things, you should be ashamed of yourself!

They'll work around the clock, and meet all your needs and schedule. And while some dealerships will fit that description, absolutely NO ONE is more personable and friendly than the amazing people there!
Anyone that knows me, knows if I do vouch for any certain person/place/product, that means it's something TRULY special!

And if you need to contact a sales person, holler at Adam Traver!  While I'm sure all the sales people are great (they all, really are), Adam has been my go to for years now.  I surely don't make him alot of money, but he always treats me as if I'm buying millions of dollars worth of vehicles every year!

Surely not a paid "sponsorship", but I will ALWAYS give credit, where credit is do, whether it's friends, family, or just a person/place that goes above and beyond!

But wait-How do I know how they compare to this or that?
Because I was dumb enough in my earlier years, to find out!  I never, ever, have been to the same place twice or more, in my life, to buy a vehicle (lord knows I've had plenty!).
So if I go back a second, third, fourth, and more, you know it's 110% legit!  I'll never, ever, buy a newer Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram from anywhere else, and if that's your flavor, you shouldn't go anywhere else, either!

I just wanted to pass this along to yall, I'm sure it'll help someone decide where to go, someday!

The experience at Schaefer & Bierlein is above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They expedite every situation to the best of their ability and if they run into a challenge, they help the customer find a solution immediately. I take ALL my vehicles there even with a longer drive, BECAUSE, I know things will get done. I have not had that experience at dealerships in my area (including one that LOST my car). Craig is SUPERIOR with his team in Service and Kyle and his team are STELLAR in your purchasing experience. I would send ANYONE there to get things done! You will not be disappointed when it comes to THIS team - they will exceed your expectations!



Always so friendly and efficient at Schaefer & Bierlein - both in the service and sales departments! They've done great maintenance and repair work on my van for the past 5 years. Heck, I drive 70 miles just to have my oil changed. (more than I can say for the other dealerships in my hometown!). On my way out this time, I realized I had forgotten to mention my key fob battery was low, but my service tech (Sam) took my fob, said "I'll be right back" and had it replaced while I paid for the OLT! No charge either! Again, just friendly, efficient service which pays off for them because I am a customer for life!



Absolutely the best service around by far!! This is the first time I ever have gone to Schaefer & Bierlein Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Frankenmuth for issues with my 2018 jeep grand cherokee that I didnt buy from them 3 months ago and all I can say is WOW!!!! After calling all the jeep dealers closer to where I live with no luck I called and talked to Matt A. at Schaefer and told me to bring it out right away, He looked at my car and got the ball rolling for repair's, Everyone greets you with a smile, my next car purchase will be from Schaefer & Bierlein, I wish the star scale was higher then 10 because they are a strong 100 plus star rating!!



I had a problem with the updates to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and it froze the radio and said contact dealer. I have only had this car 3 months and have not chosen a dealer for service yet. I called around to all local dealers and was not treated very nice on the phone and no one could get me in for at least a month. Matt A. at Schaefer & Bierlein had me bring it out right away and he went way above and beyond to try and get the updates completed as all other dealers just told me over the phone the radio needed to be replaced. In the end, the radio does need to be replaced but they treated me very good and went out of their way to help when no one else would. Even though I have dealerships closer to my house, this place is very much worth the drive for me to be treated like I  matter.



"I sent an inquiry about a 2021 Power Wagon and was contacted by Ed. We talked about everything over the phone and Rick took care of the financing. Both of them were great to work with. We got everything squared away over the phone. I live 7 hours away. The next day I was on a plane to purchase the truck. Hunter picked me up from the airport. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. The total process was around 30 minutes and that included looking at the truck. My experience was perfect. They have a great team. I would highly recommend looking here for a vehicle, no matter how far away you live."
